Learn to Swim
Swimming is more than just a sport or a fun activity; it’s a crucial life skill. At our swim school, we believe in fostering this skill from a young age. Our Learn to Swim Program is designed to help you or your children safely enter the water, build confidence, and master swimming techniques. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, students will not only learn to swim but also make new friends and enjoy the journey of becoming excellent swimmers.
Program Overview
Our comprehensive Learn to Swim Program includes 55-minute sessions that cover all aspects of swimming, from basic to advanced. We focus on everything from water safety to proper head position, fostering a love for swimming while teaching students to be competent, confident, and safe in the water

2 Age Group
Children (6 – 16 years old) – Children are grouped according to their skills and height. Typically, children below 10 years old with no swimming skills start in our children’s pool (80cm depth) to learn their first swimming stroke. Older or more experienced children begin their swimming journey in our adult pool (120cm depth).
Adults (17 years old & above) – Our adult swimming lessons are customized to cater to individual learning progress and needs. Whether you’re a beginner with no prior knowledge or have some experience, our lessons are structured to help you achieve your goal of improving stamina and stroke technique for effortless swimming.
9 Evaluation Levels
We have 9 evaluation levels for the children's group
Level N (New)
For children with no swimming skills who require teacher assistance.
Level B (Beginner)
For children who can do a freestyle flutter kick for at least 7 meters.
Level 1 (Tortoise)
For children who can do a freestyle flutter kick for at least 15 meters and swim freestyle with a kicking board and fins.
Level 2 (Octopus)
For children who can swim freestyle 25 meters without assistance. Backstroke is introduced at this stage.
Level 3 (Starfish)
For children who can swim freestyle & backstroke 25 meters without assistance. Breaststroke & dolphin kick are introduced at this stage.
Level 4 (Penguin)
For children who can swim freestyle, backstroke & breaststroke 25 meters without assistance. Butterfly is introduced at this stage.
Level 5 (Bear)
For children who can swim freestyle, backstroke & breaststroke 50 meters without assistance, and butterfly 25 meters with kicking fins. More competitive techniques & stamina enhancement are carried out at this stage.
Level 6 (Dolphin)
For children who can swim all strokes 50 meters without assistance. All competitive techniques and more stamina enhancement are introduced at this stage.
Level 7
For children who can swim an individual medley 200 meters with all the competitive techniques fulfilled. They are now ready to promote to the competitive/pre-competitive stage.
Program Duration
Swimming is a sport, and learning it depends on the learner’s physical condition, athletic talent, and personal goals. It requires long-term training and persistence. However, based on our experience over the past decade, we can provide an average timeframe:
Children aged between 6-11 years old can typically complete our Learn to Swim Program in about 3 to 4 years, provided they commit to our ongoing weekly lessons.
Children aged between 12-16 years old usually progress faster due to better motor skills development and understanding of instructions. They can typically complete our Learn to Swim Program in about 1 to 2 years, with a good commitment to our weekly ongoing lessons.
